Tea day

Today is tea day, 21st April. If planning on having tea and want to have less sugar, trying having half your usual amount, and see if you like it or not. Having just 1 teaspoon of sugar takes away 1/5 of your daily sugar intake.

Carrot day

Today is carrot day, 4th April, and i will be showing you a recipe that i cooked the other day. the recipe is  Moroccan sheet pan chicken with olives . It uses carrots in the recipes and the finalized dish is really good.

National cheese day, 4th june 2019

Today is June the 4th, which means its national cheese day, while cheese is a good source of calcium, its also very high in calories, sodium, and saturated fat. a good recipe that involves cheese, and is also relatively healthy, is Skinny Baked Mozzarella Sticks , which uses panko breadcrumbs to make the recipe lighter than the usual recipe.

Pancake tuesday

Today is 25th of February, which is pancake Tuesday, an with today i will be showing you all a healthy recipe, which is  Banana Oatmeal Pancakes , which are a lot healthier than the usual sugar covered pancakes that you do at home.

Waffle day

Today is waffle day, the 25th march, and a way to cut down on sugar is to not purchase the sugar filled waffles, an also you can try  this recipe on healthy waffles  to have a good time. These waffles are thick and crunchy and soft on the inside.
